Frequently asked questions

How long does it take to connect one exchange?

A prototype with trading operations takes one to two weeks. A production integration with error handling, reconciliation and monitoring takes three to six weeks, depending on the quality of the venue's documentation and how complete its test environment is.

What if the external API changes?

Connectors are isolated behind adapters, so a change touches a single component. Under a maintenance agreement we track venue announcements and update the connector before the old version is switched off.

Who stores the venue API keys?

Keys are held on the backend in a secure store and never reach the client application or the repository. Integration credentials are scoped to the minimum permissions required.

Can you deliver an integration without building the whole system?

Yes, integrations are a standalone service. We connect to your existing system, agree the exchange contract and hand over a finished connector with documentation and monitoring.
