Frequently asked questions

These are the questions clients ask before a project starts: money, timelines, rights and security. If your question is not here, write to us and we will add it.

01

Budgets and timelines

What does it cost to build a financial system?

Cost is driven by scope, not by system type. An audit of an existing platform or UX/UI design is a matter of weeks. An MVP of a trading terminal or a prop platform takes two to four months of team work. A full brokerage platform with integrations and a back office takes longer. We give a budget range on the first call and a firm estimate after discovery.

How long does it take to launch a project?

An audit and concept take from two weeks. The first working version usually ships in 2–4 months, depending on the number of integrations. We commit to exact dates after the design stage, once the scope is known rather than guessed.

How does payment work?

Discovery and design are paid as a separate stage at a fixed price. Development then runs in sprints with a fixed iteration price — that lets you change priorities without renegotiating the whole contract.

02

Rights, contracts and confidentiality

Who owns the code?

You do. Source code, documentation and infrastructure configuration are handed over in full and remain your property.

Do you work under NDA?

Yes, a non-disclosure agreement is signed before any technical details of the project are shared. Information about clients, metrics and architecture is never published without written permission.

Which legal entity signs the contract?

TSYSTEM CORP., Russian Federation. Registration details and address are listed in the About section. Finvarex is the brand of the technology arm, not a separate legal entity.

03

Working on the project

What kind of companies do you work with?

Brokers, exchanges and trading venues, prop firms, funds and asset managers, banks and fintech services, as well as professional trading desks.

Do you build from scratch or improve existing systems?

Both. We join at any stage: we can design a product from scratch, or take over the development and support of a live system after auditing its code and architecture.

How is the work run and reported?

We work in sprints and demo every two weeks. Each stage ends with a verifiable deliverable: an estimate, an architecture diagram, a working build or a production release.

What happens after launch?

We take the product into support: monitoring, an agreed SLA, fixes and new functionality from the backlog. Alternatively, we hand the system over to your team with documentation and training.

04

Technology and security

Which exchanges and brokers are you integrated with?

Moscow Exchange, Bybit, Binance, MEXC, Bitget, OKX. We also connect other venues over API, along with banking and payment providers, as the project requires.

How are security and fault tolerance handled?

Keys and secrets are stored on the backend and never reach the client, access is segregated by role, and actions are written to an audit log. Infrastructure is deployed with monitoring, backups and load testing before release.

Who stores the API keys for trading venues?

Keys are held in a secure backend vault, never reach the client application or the repository, and their permissions are limited to the minimum operations required.
