Software Development for Brokers

A brokerage does not need a single application — it needs a connected stack: the terminal the client trades in, the portal where the account is managed, the back office where trades and commissions are settled, and the risk layer that keeps all of it inside defined limits. We design and build that stack end to end, or plug into the one component that is holding the business back.

What brokers come to us with

  • The platform constrains the business model

A white label or leased platform will not let you configure pricing tiers, partner schemes or list the instrument you need — growth is capped by someone else's roadmap.

  • Operations run on manual work

Account opening, document review, commission accrual and reconciliation are handled by hand and stop scaling as the client base grows.

  • Risk is only visible after the fact

A loss or a breached limit shows up in the next morning's report, long after anything could have been done about it.

  • Systems are not wired together

Venues, payments, CRM and accounting live apart, data moves by export files, and breaks are chased down manually.

  • No management view of the book

It is unclear which clients, instruments and acquisition channels generate revenue and which only generate support load.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

We run on a leased platform. Is it worth moving to our own?

Look at two things: whether your roadmap is blocked by vendor limitations, and what share of turnover you pay for the platform. While volumes are small, leasing is cheaper. Once the vendor fee is comparable to the cost of building, and the features you need never ship, the move pays for itself. We start with an audit and an honest assessment — if it is too early to move, we will say so.

Can we replace only part of the stack?

Yes, and this is the most common scenario. Firms usually start with the tightest bottleneck — the client portal, the back office or the risk system — and connect it to the existing platform over API without interrupting operations.

How does client and data migration work?

As a separate phase with both systems running in parallel: data export and reconciliation, transfer of accounts and history, a test run, cutover by client group, and a rollback plan ready in advance.
