How we work

End-to-end development of financial systems

We run a project from analysing the business problem to supporting the finished system. You do not have to assemble vendors stage by stage: discovery, design, engineering, integrations and operations are handled by one team that owns the outcome in full.

01

Twelve stages of delivery

  1. 01

    1. Business analysis

We map the business model, the processes and the problem the system has to solve.

  2. 02

    2. Requirements

We capture functional and non-functional requirements, constraints and priorities.

  3. 03

    3. Architecture design

We define components, the data model, load profile, fault tolerance and the stack.

  4. 04

    4. User journeys

We describe how every role works — client, trader, risk manager, support agent.

  5. 05

    5. Prototype

We assemble a clickable prototype of the key screens before engineering starts.

  6. 06

    6. UX/UI design

We build interfaces and a design system for web, desktop and mobile platforms.

  7. 07

    7. Backend engineering

We implement business logic, ledgers, calculations, event processing and APIs.

  8. 08

    8. Web, desktop and mobile

We build client applications for the platforms your audience actually uses.

  9. 09

    9. API integrations

We connect exchanges, brokers, banks, payment providers and external services.

  10. 10

    10. Testing

Functional, integration and load testing before every release.

  11. 11

    11. Launch

We deploy the infrastructure, migrate data and support the rollout.

  12. 12

    12. Support and evolution

Monitoring, SLA-based support, fixes and new features from the backlog.

What the team covers

  • Product design and UX/UI

We design interfaces for trading terminals, brokerage platforms, client portals, CRM and analytics systems: product structure, journeys, prototypes, design systems and production-ready layouts for web, desktop and mobile.

  • Frontend and client applications

Web interfaces, desktop applications for Windows and macOS, mobile apps — built for streaming data and high update rates.

  • Backend and data processing

Business logic, funds accounting, calculations, event-driven processing of trade and quote flows, and your own API.

  • Integrations

Connectors to exchanges, brokers, banks, payment providers, CRM and market-data vendors, with monitoring and reconciliation.

  • AI and process automation

Enterprise AI assistants and routine automation: handling enquiries and documents, working with data, preparing reporting, supporting clients.

  • Infrastructure and operations

Deployment, monitoring, backups, load testing and SLA-based support.

03

How engagements are run

  • Sprints and verifiable output

We work in iterations with a demo every two weeks. Each stage ends with something you can check: an estimate, an architecture diagram, a working build or a release.

  • Security at every stage

Code review, separation of development, staging and production environments, data encryption, controlled key storage and access auditing.

  • You own the code

Source code, documentation and infrastructure configuration are handed over in full and remain your property.

  • Confidentiality

Work with your data and commercial information is covered by an NDA, and staff access is limited to project scope.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Can we order a single stage — an audit or design only?

Yes. An audit of an existing system and UX/UI design are standalone services with their own deliverable: an architecture assessment document, or finished layouts and a design system. Continuing with us is not a condition.

How is pricing determined?

After discovery we provide a stage-by-stage estimate with a range. For longer programmes we work in sprints with a fixed iteration price — that lets you re-prioritise without renegotiating the whole contract.

What happens after launch?

We take the product into support: monitoring, an agreed SLA, fixes and new functionality from the backlog. Alternatively, we hand the system over to your team with documentation and training.
